B. Sridhar Rao holds the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) designation, awarded by the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS) with Registration No. 100328. He is also licensed for Business Valuation in Indonesia with License No. B-1.10.00268 issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, and is registered with the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK) with Registration No. STTD.PB-30/PJ-1/PM.02/2023. In addition, he is a Senior Member of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI), recognized as a Business and Public Appraiser. Rao has more than 30 years of Expertise in valuations, M&A, corporate finance and management consulting. He has directed engagements in Singapore, Indonesia, India, and Philippines.

CA B. E. Kumar Prasad, FCA
Kumar Prasad is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in India with over 25 years of professional experience. He is a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets (SFA), and an expert in NRI and OCI taxation, FEMA regulations, and compliance advisory. Over the past two decades, he has advised more than 500 NRIs and provided consulting for foreign companies entering the Indian market.

Yuhal is licensed for Asset Valuation with License No. P-1.09.00133, issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, and is registered with the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK) with Registration No. STTD.PP-75/PJ-1/PM.02/2023. He is also a Senior Member of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI), recognized as a Property and Public Appraiser. Yuhal has more than 30 years of experience in asset valuation.
